Project 3:
Assessment of behaviors
This
project is to help in assessment of various animal behaviors related
to authentic research questions.
In
starting this project we need to test for inter group reliability
in the ethogram rubric for larval Drosophila behavaiors.
We developed
the 1st version of a scoring tool to use for larval behaviors. This
might have to be modified over time if we find other behaviors which
are not fitting for the ones defined. This is the 1st phase of the
project.
