Editor-in-Chief, Behavioral Ecology (2003-2004). This is the journal for the International Society for Behavioral Ecology. I oversaw the editorial process for 6 other Editors and about 350 papers submitted a year. I managed the transition to a web based submission system during my tenure. I also handled the editorial duties on about 45 MSs/year.
Co-editor, Behavioral Ecology (1999 - 2003). I handled everything up to copy-editing for about 65 papers a year.
